What is this surface-mounted lock suitable for?
Surface-mounted lock suitable for securing drawers or cabinets. As the lock is mounted on the inside of a door or drawer, it’s not easily susceptible to forced entry and provides a neat appearance. This lock can be used for panels up to a thickness of 30mm. Each lock comes with its own set of keys that are not interchangeable.
What is a latch bolt?
A latch bolt is the extending part of the lock that can be moved with the key. The latch bolt of this lock has a thickness of 2.9 mm and a width of 16 mm. When you turn the key half a turn, the latch bolt smoothly extends outward by 10mm. The key can be removed from the lock in both the unlocked and locked positions.
