Shipping service

Our aim is to have our entire range in stock at all times. As a result, we manage to ship orders placed before 2 pm the same day via DPD. Exceptions to this are products longer than 160cm. These go by freight and usually a day later on the road. We will keep you informed from placing, until receiving the order.

Shipping costs depend on product, country and order size. For orders with products up to a length of 160cm, we apply low shipping costs. These shipping costs are waived from a €150 order amount. The shipping prices are slightly higher if the order contains at least one longer product. In that case, shipping costs are deducted from €500 onwards.

Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

Expected lead times

Below is an overview with indications of how many working days it will take before you can expect your order. The lead times below apply if the order consists of products up to a maximum length of 160cm. If longer products are added to the order, transport will take place by freight and you should take into account about 1 to 2 working days extra compared to the values given below.

Running time starts on working days at 14:00 in the afternoon. Orders placed after that time will be transferred to the carrier one working day later, which means that the start of the term will also be delayed by one day.

14-day return service

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please use the return form form. You will then receive return instructions from us. As soon as we receive the items in new condition, we will credit the purchase price.

Product exchange?
That is no problem at all. You can return the product you have already ordered using the return procedure and place a new order separately. You will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.

Fast delivery

Packages are dispatched daily from our warehouse in the Netherlands. As a result, Dutch customers often receive their orders the next working day. We will keep you informed of the status while processing your order.

Bulk discount

The larger the order, the higher the discount. Thus, in addition to the shipping costs, 5 ulk discount is also deducted from €1,000 and 10% from €2,000. These discounts are automatically settled in the shopping basket.

Apart from fast delivery times, price and quality are our top priority. We have direct contact with the factories, which enables us to offer very competitive prices. Through quality controls, we keep a close eye on the high quality of our products. With us, you can count on excellent service and value for money!

If you need certain drawer slides that we do not offer online, please contact us. After consultation with our supplier, you will receive a customised offer without any obligation.


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that leads to a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the guarantee, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing info@brasom.nl. We will do our best to handle the complaint nicely. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation at the European Commission’s ODR platform.
